Looking down can be your down fall.

I remember the first time that I help build a bar many years ago. I was getting along fine building the barn, until I looked down and immediately froze. My associate said never look down only look up and you will get along fine. This is like unto addictions.

When it (addictions) takes possession of your mind. . . you cannot look down. You cannot regress into what you used to in order to feel better. You need to change your focus to something higher. A different horizon. Never look down again or you will be wors off then ever before.

Making sure that you never look down allowed me to accomplish that prinicpal what others said could not be done.
